To offer both the 20mm ultra wide angle and full aperture F1.4 brightness, this lens incorporates an impressive double aspherical lens of 59mm diameter.

This objective minimizes the chromatic aberrations that are common in bright, wide-angle lenses. It features two FLD ("F" Low Dispersion) glass elements and five SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements that reduce lateral chromatic aberration, which appears especially at the image periphery. The optical formula helps to minimize axial chromatic aberration. The result is a high picture quality in all circumstances, without colored fringes and with a high level of contrast.
