Quick release baseplate that provides lightweight 15mm rod support at the correct lens height. 15mm rods pass through front to back and have two locking thumb screws per side. The baseplate quick releases in two ways, giving the user the option to take the 15mm lightweight rods or to leave them behind.
Baseplate features an upper ARCA Swiss standard dovetail with 3/8”-16 screw for attaching to the bottom of the camera. Upper ARCA Swiss standard dovetail slides into the LW 15mm Baseplate core, and includes a safety release button for removal. Also features a vertical lens support post system.
Lower dovetail slot is ARRI standard for attaching to compatible ARRI dovetails or the included Quick Dovetail.
