No, the material sold at PhotoCineShop is exclusively new.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

For orders placed before 2pm, items will be sent the same day. After 2pm, they will be shipped next business
day (we will be faster if possible). At the time of your order, you can choose between DHL express or DHL
standard delivery.

Can I have my order delivered abroad ?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Just fill in the desired address in the delivery address.

Payment

Is online payment secure?

Yes, the online payment is secured with Ogone. They are protected by a 3D Secure security standard.

How do I get an invoice ?

The paid invoice is issued upon delivery of the order, inside the package. However, we can generate a new
invoice if needed.

When will I be debited?

Payment is made at the end of your order and you will be debited at that time. For pre-ordered items, you will
have to pay a deposit once. Our team will send you a secure link to pay the rest when the item is available.
The amount of the deposit will be displayed on the product page.

How do I cancel a pre-ordered item ?

If you have already paid a deposit for an item and no longer wish to purchase it, you can send us an email at
shop@photocineshop.com. We will refund your deposit in full.
